When you make an enquiry through this website, contact us by phone or email, or engage us to design a journey, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the type of traveller or group you represent, your travel interests, preferred dates, and the content of your message. For confirmed journeys we may later collect further details needed to deliver the programme safely, such as passport details, emergency contacts and relevant medical or dietary information. We only collect what we reasonably need.

How we use your information

• respond to your enquiry and communicate with you;
• design, plan and deliver a bespoke journey;
• arrange safety, insurance, accommodation, transport and logistics;
• meet our legal, health-and-safety and duty-of-care obligations; and
• improve our services.

Sharing your information

To deliver a journey we may share necessary information with trusted partners, such as our China based team, partner schools, accommodation and transport providers, and insurers. We share only what is needed and expect those partners to protect your information. Some of these partners are located in China; where information is shared across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled with appropriate care.

Storage and security

We hold personal information securely and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
